International Business Companies Act, 1994

Type of company
International Business Company (IBC)

Capital requirements
There is no minimum capital stipulation. Authorised share capital is 0ne million USD. No Maximum. The share capital may be expressed in any currency. There is no obligation to pay up the share capital. It is usual to issue just one share at One USD.

Annual fee paid to authority
GB£300 - fixed for life.

Suffix to denote limited liability
Any internationally recognised ending, ie Limited, Corporation, Incorporated, Societe Anonyme, or the accepted abbreviation.

Taxation
An International Business Company is not taxed in Seychelles on its worldwide profits.
